Referral by individual

C4WS winter night shelter is only able to take referrals from welfare agencies with whom we have an established service level agreement. If you know someone in need of help, please refer them to our ‘I Am Homeless’ page, which lists the agencies they can access directly themselves in order to discuss a referral into the shelter.

Referral by agency

If you work for an agency that does not have an established service level agreement with C4WS but wishes to refer a client into the shelter, please contact us for information about our criteria for becoming a partner agency.
