Nikki oversees all the work of C4WS Homeless Project, providing the direction and vision of C4WS alongside its Trustees. She leads the Welfare Team which works with guests coming into the shelters to help them secure appropriate accommodation and support them with any other needs they might have such as physical health, mental health, literacy, budgeting, employment and legal issues.
Nikki also runs the Mentoring and Befriending Scheme and heads up fundraising for C4WS Homeless Project.
Jenna manages the logistics of our winter night shelter which involves coordinating our thirteen venues and training and supporting the Church Coordinators and our 600 volunteers. She liaises with our referral agencies and is the main point of contact for our shelters.
Jenna organises the move-ons for our guests into their new accommodation helping them to settle in and providing starter packs of food and essential household items.
Sam works with the Project Manager to help guests from our shelters secure housing and support them with their other welfare needs.
In addition, Sam runs the Friday Club - a weekly drop-in service for the homeless, vulnerable and isolated, providing welfare support to those in need – and the Jobs Club which helps guests become job-ready and obtain training, employment and volunteering positions.
Sam also manages the corporate partnerships for C4WS Homeless Project.
